Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor clients' health status.
- Help with meal preparation and dietary needs according to care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
