Abernathy Home Care is looking for compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for seniors living in Littleton and nearby communities.

As a Home Health Aide, you'll help clients remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes while building meaningful relationships through one-on-one care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Support mobility and safe transfers
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and social engagement
  • Observe and report changes in client condition
  • Follow individualized care plans
  • Document services provided

Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide certification
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work independently
  • Authorization to work in the United States
