Location: Cicero, Indiana 46034
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $18:00/Hour
We are seeking a kind, dependable, and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized care for a sweet elderly lady in the comfort of her home. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy supporting seniors with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Bathing, grooming, dressing
- Toileting and hygiene care
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs):
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Laundry
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN
- Ensure infection prevention and safety practices
- Support Fall Prevention Strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation per the Agency standards
Qualifications
- Active HHA or CNA certification (Indiana)
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Current TB test
- Must pass criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
