Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – In Home Aide

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM 

Hours per Week: 40 

Pay Rate: $17–$18/hr (Contract) 

Site to Site mileage reimbursed at the federal rate.

Terms: Contract to Hire

Location: Howard and Carroll counties

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. This role focuses on providing high‑quality in-home personal care and support to clients in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support, including grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding

• Assist with bathing and personal hygiene

• Support clients with mobility and exercise routines as directed

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

• Communicate observations and changes in client condition to supervising staff

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state of Maryland

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Preferred Skills

• Home health experience

• Experience working with diverse patient populations

• Strong reliability and professionalism
