Your Core Responsibilities

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and décor throughout the warehouse flow.
• Operate forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies in strict alignment with safety standards.
• Inspect, prep, and maintain merchandise to Ashley quality benchmarks before pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage items to support efficient throughput and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with product prep: minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging for customer readiness.
• Support inventory processes including tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in the warehouse and in customers’ homes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment; complete documentation accurately and on time.

What Helps You Succeed

• Strength and stamina: Able to lift and maneuver up to 100 lbs. safely, using team assistance for heavier items.
• Relevant exposure: Experience in warehouse/distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling, or powered equipment preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Quality mindset: Detail-driven with a commitment to accuracy and outstanding customer experiences.
• Collaborative communicator: Works effectively with customers, teammates, and leaders.
• Dependable and safe: Consistent attendance, adaptability, and adherence to safety and policy standards.
