What You’ll Tackle

• Install and service residential electrical wiring, devices, and fixtures.
• Run conduit and piping to protect and route conductors.
• Verify compliance with all applicable electrical codes.
• Install circuit breakers and related equipment; complete terminations.
• Connect systems to service power and confirm proper operation.
• Test, diagnose, and repair performance issues.
• Inspect systems to determine repair or replacement needs.
• Replace conduit, wiring, and breakers as needed.
• Support special projects and additional assignments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service experience (required).
• Generac certification (highly preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• High standards for quality, with integrity at the core.
• Growth mindset; seeks continuous improvement.
• Calm under pressure; moves with urgency when needed.
• Collaborative, positive team player.
• Reliable and consistent.

Physical Requirements

• Accurate color vision for color-coded conductors.
• Extended standing, kneeling, bending; ladder and scaffold work.
• Ability to pull wires and cables through conduit.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
