What the work looks like

• Service, repair, and replace residential HVAC equipment
• Pinpoint issues quickly and perform preventative maintenance
• Provide excellent customer service in residential environments
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation
• Keep job sites safe and clean
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend meetings
• Follow safety procedures without compromise
• Cover on-call and weekend rotations

Do you have the right credentials?

• EPA Certification REQUIRED
• Hold at least one: RI Journeyman License, MA Refrigeration Technician License, or Sheet Metal License
• Residential service experience preferred
• Strong communicator with solid customer-facing skills
• Detail-focused, organized, and dependable
• Flexible for on-call work when needed
