We're looking for a driven Home Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you'll visit homeowners directly, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the HVAC solution that's right for their home. This is consultative, relationship-driven work - not high-pressure selling - and it results in genuinely satisfied customers and strong close rates.

What You'll Do

  • Run in-home consultations with pre-qualified residential customers
  • Assess existing HVAC systems and identify comfort concerns
  • Walk customers through replacement options, pricing, and financing clearly and professionally
  • Build lasting rapport and guide homeowners to the best solution for their home
  • Close sales on-site and consistently meet or exceed performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records using company systems
  • Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Work Schedule: Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed

Compensation: Base + commission. Target yearly income of $140,000+

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
  • Proven track record in outside sales
  • Prior in-home sales experience preferred
  • HVAC industry knowledge is a plus
  • Comfortable working with computers; ServiceTitan experience is a bonus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Professional, customer-first attitude
  • Able to work independently and manage a schedule effectively
  • Physically able to access basements, attics, and crawl spaces; climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs
