Pay & Benefits
Weekly earnings typically range from500 - 1000 per week
Your pay is based on Experience Quality of work Efficiency and productivity Team leadership responsibilities
Additional earnings opportunities available for team members who Drive company vehicles Step into leadership roles Maintain high customer satisfaction

What Youll Do
Youll work as part of a two-person professional cleaning team helping families maintain clean comfortable homes.
Responsibilities include Cleaning customer homes using the Molly Maid system Vacuuming mopping dusting and sanitizing surfaces Delivering excellent customer service Working efficiently as part of a team Taking pride in detailed high-quality work
Team members who demonstrate reliability and leadership may grow into Route Leader roles which include Driving the company vehicle Managing the daily route schedule Maintaining equipment and supplies Supporting team productivity and quality

Job Requirements
To be considered for this position
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must pass a background check Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks vacuuming mopping lifting reaching Must be available Monday through Friday approximately 730am - 600pm Bilingual preferred but not required Valid drivers license preferred for team leader opportunities
