Ideal candidates should have:

Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Prior home care, caregiving, or direct care experience preferred, but not always required
Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass required background checks
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts depending on availability
As a Home Care Worker, you may assist clients with:
Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment
Meal preparation and assistance with feeding when needed
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Mobility assistance and fall prevention
Transportation or assistance with errands and appointments, if applicable
Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor
Providing respectful, reliable, and client-centered care at every shift
