Title: Program Coordinator (Home Care)

Status: Full Time - Temporary

Shift: Monday through Friday, Flexible Schedule! Core Hours 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, On-call Rotation, and *Remote Options Available!*

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our Redstone@Home team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality home care services to our clients.

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As a Program Coordinator, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client admissions, assessments, and care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor Home Care Aides, conducting client visits and providing support.
  • Facilitate daily operations meetings and address client and staff concerns.
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with payroll and billing.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources.

What do I need for this role with Redstone?

  • Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing, free of traffic violations.
  • Reliable, independent transportation.
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Scheduling experience preferred.
