The Field Supervisor oversees on-site client evaluations and service plan development, conducts field visits, recruits, trains, and supervises attendants, and reports daily to the scheduler.
- Completes scheduled visits and maintains documentation within 48 hours
- Communicates regularly with management and adheres to policies
- Acts as a role model, maintains professionalism, and promotes core values
- Participates in meetings, committees, and community activities
- Ensures compliance with regulations and participates in training
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates flexibility in workload
Qualifications include at least one year of supervisory experience in healthcare or related fields, with preferred experience in PHC or MC.
