Field Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Care ($200 Sign-On Bonus)
The Field RN at Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte & Mooresville provides clinical oversight and leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, client-centered in-home care. This role bridges families, caregivers, and the care team—delivering timely assessments, clear direction, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home client assessments, reassessments, and care plan development
- Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to caregivers and CNAs
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices
- Monitor client outcomes and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource for families and referral partners
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina
- Home care, community health, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
