What Youll Do: Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes Support clients using techniques that promote physical, mental, and social well-being Assist clients in maintaining or achieving their highest level of independence Manage the needs and care regimen of assigned clients Collaborate with business office staff to develop personalized care plans Split time between companionship and medically focused care.
What Youll Need: High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 or older. Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Minimum of 6 months of experience working with seniors required. Valid drivers license, with a good driving record and auto insurance. Must own or have access to a personal vehicle to transport yourself and clients as needed.
