About the Role 

Abcor Home Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Home Care Branch Supervisor to support our Pittsburgh, PA branch. This role is responsible for supervising Direct Care Workers (DCWs), coordinating non-medical in-home services, and ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL), Community HealthChoices (CHC), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Supervise and support Direct Care Workers (DCWs) providing in-home services 
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the participant’s authorized Service Plan and Person-Centered Service Plan (PCSP) 
  • Coordinate service starts and staffing for new referrals within OLTL/MCO timelines 
  • Monitor visit completion and address scheduling or EVV exceptions promptly 
  • Communicate with Support Coordinators, MCO representatives, and branch leadership 
  • Maintain accurate and compliant participant and employee documentation 
  • Identify, document, and report incidents or service concerns per Pennsylvania requirements 
  • Support audit readiness, quality assurance, and compliance monitoring 

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred 
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in home care, human services, or caregiver supervision 
  • Knowledge of PA DHS, OLTL, Community HealthChoices (CHC), and EVV requirements preferred 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and Microsoft Office 
  • Reliable transportation for local travel as needed
