Branch Manager – Home Care
Greenville / Spartanburg, SC
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead daily operations for a growing home care organization. This role oversees team performance, caregiver scheduling, recruiting, and branch profitability while ensuring high-quality care and client satisfaction.
Candidates must have a background in home care leadership to be considered for this role. A combination of home care and management in other roles would be a fit as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and team performance
- Oversee caregiver scheduling, utilization, and retention
- Drive recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
- Monitor KPIs, improve efficiency, and support growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage branch financials including budgeting and cost control
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
- Experience with operations, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Proficient in Excel and data tracking tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 – $60,000 base salary
- Bonus opportunity ($1,500–$2,500+)
