Position Title: Holmen Middle School Health Educational Assistant

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Instructional and/or supervising experience with grade school children, particularly grades K-5
  • Certified in First Aid and CPR
  • Screen student's vision and hearing
  • Ability to maintain records and confidentiality of information
  • Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
  • Associate degree; or completion of a formal state or local assessment
  • CNA certification or nursing experience

Job Description: The performance responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: administer medication to students under the direction of the Nurse; maintain complete and accurate student records; assume other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Principal.

Reports To: Building Principal(s)

Terms of Employment: 7.00 hours per day on days students are present. Start and end times to be determined, but shift will be during the school hours. Salary, benefits and Employment Terms per the Employee Handbook.
