HOA Manager
Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 annually (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and professional HOA Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative management of one or more homeowners associations. This role works closely with Board Members, homeowners, vendors, and management staff to help maintain community operations, vendor coordination, financial organization, and compliance with governing documents and association policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, Board Members, and vendors
- Attend and assist with Board meetings, annual meetings, and community communications
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance projects, inspections, and community repairs
- Assist with budgets, invoices, financial reports, and delinquency coordination
- Help enforce community rules, covenants, and architectural guidelines consistently and professionally
- Maintain community records, reports, and association documentation
- Respond to homeowner questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
- Support implementation of Board decisions and community initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous HOA, condominium association, property management, or related management experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, vendor coordination, and administrative operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email systems, and property management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
Preferred Certifications
- CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certifications preferred
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to walk properties and conduct inspections
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed
- Combination of office, onsite community, and occasional remote work environments
- Occasional after-hours availability may be required for meetings or emergencies
