Job Description
We are seeking trustworthy Plumbers
Journeyman Or Master
The selected individual will perform construction or house calls.
(we have had both come in and learn the other side within a couple months training)
Responsibilities: What EZ Repair Does
- Residential and Commercial Plumbing
- May be a commercial kitchen one week and a mansion the next
Benefits:
- 2 separate tracks provided for plumbers:
- 1) Work as fully independent contractor on percentage based pay per job reconciling every week
- This is more for individuals who are veterans of the field and would like to make 150k-200k a year without running a business.
- 2) Work as a W-2, benefits provided
- More structure, and less over all pay but standard employee and steady pay provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- References will be reviewed during the interview... if this is not possible brief explanation is needed
Notes: This is a smaller family company, we are taking our employees and their families to Disney World this year, and we routinely spend holidays together as well. This is not a requirement, but this may be different than what you are used to.
