Hiring Founding Sales Associate (part-time)

Are you ready to connect, inspire, and make an impact? Outlaw FitCamp is coming to Frisco’s Rail District, and we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Associate  who thrives on building relationships and creating an exceptional client experience from day one.

Outlaw FitCamp is a boutique fitness studio offering 30-minute, coach-led HIIT group workouts and personal training. Our sessions combine strength and cardio in a high-energy, small-group environment designed for all fitness levels. We focus on real coaching, proper form, and delivering results in a fast, effective format 


This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new studio launch and help build a strong fitness community. As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests, guide them through our membership options, and drive sales—while also playing a key role in  community outreach and supporting social media content.

Responsibilities:
  •  Conduct outreach to leads through calls, text, and social media, schedule and perform studio tours, and guide prospects through the membership process. 
  • Provide ongoing assistance and support to current members, addressing any inquiries, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating fitness events, workshops, and promotional activities to engage both existing and potential members.
  •  Work closely with the Franchise Owner and Studio Director to support daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth operation of the studio. 
  • Assist in creating engaging social media content to promote the studio and its services. 
  • Play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive environment within FitCamp, encouraging teamwork, motivation, and a sense of community among members and staff.
  •  Must be available evenings and weekends (closed Sundays) 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  •  1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
  • Minimum education requirement: Associate’s degree 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in learning and utilizing technology tools and systems to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
  • Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their wellness goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to build rapport with members, inspire motivation, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM/ member software and Google Sheets
  • Some experience with social media is preferred, including posting and creating simple photo and video content.
