We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Pool Maintenance Technician who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team culture that values growth, accountability, and positive energy.
What You’ll Do
Maintain sparkling clean and safe swimming pools
Vacuum, brush, skim, and remove debris
Clean baskets, filters, skimmers, and tile lines
Test and balance water chemistry
Document service updates and photos in our DPS Pool Service App
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
Represent the DPS standard with pride and professionalism

What We’re Looking For
Must own a pickup truck with an open bed
Reliable, motivated, and self-driven
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working outdoors in Las Vegas weather
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Pool experience is a plus — but we can train the right person
