Role: Onsite Representative/ Coordinator Location: Greensboro, NC Duration: 12+ month Roles and responsibilities Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the client and the organization. Build strong working relationships with production managers, supervisors, and operational leads. Facilitate smooth communication by relaying updates, escalations, and action items promptly. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and continuous engagement.
