Psychiatric RNs also play a key role in mentoring and supervising Mental Health Workers, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Health Unit Coordinators, helping train the next generation of nurses.

We are one of the largest providers of inpatient behavioral health services in Arizona, with facilities in Mesa, Phoenix, and Maryvale, serving both adolescent and adult populations.

Our Mesa campus includes a 14-bed adolescent unit specializing in care for patients aged 13\u201317, supported by a dedicated team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners.

Position Overview

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Resource Leader:

  • Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development

  • Provides comprehensive, cost-effective care across the patient lifespan

  • Demonstrates leadership and promotes alignment with organizational and departmental goals

Hourly Pay Range: $41.56 \u2013 $61.30

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience relevant to the patient population or scope of practice

  • Leadership experience preferred

Licensure/Certification:

  • Current, valid AZ RN license (or compact license)

  • Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing

  • CPI certification and BLS training provided upon hire

  • BH Unit 2 Adolescent: Must hold or obtain AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card per state requirements
