Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Pay: $18 per hour
We are looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential home environment. Overnight positions are currently available.
Available Shifts:
Overnights
- Thursday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home
- Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, meal prep)
- Ensure safety and follow individualized care plans
- Support community and recreational activities
- Complete required documentation
Requirements:
- DSP or caregiving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Must pass background checks and required clearances
