We are seeking a motivated and professional line cook to join our small, focused kitchen team. This is a full-time position for someone who values precision, organization, consistency, and a genuine passion for cooking at a high level.
Ideal candidates will have:
Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining or highly detail-oriented kitchens preferred
Strong foundational cooking skills and clean kitchen habits
Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service
Interest in seasonal ingredients, European cuisine, and whole-animal / farm-driven cooking
A positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork

Tipped position
Base pay: $17 $20/hr DOE + tips
