Job description
The Shuttle Driver will provide timely and safe transportation for hotel guests to and from the airport, and will perform other guest service-related tasks, as dictated by operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and proactively assist them with luggage as they enter and exit the hotel and shuttle
- Become highly familiar with airport routes.
- Provide courteous and helpful information while en route; Point out local points of interest, offer up dining suggestions and answer any questions guests may have regarding the local area
- Maintain vehicles by reporting any mechanical problems; Perform routine checks and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure that hotel vehicles are clean and presentable inside and out
- Keep vehicle fluid levels at appropriate levels (gas, oil, windshield fluids, tires, etc.)
- Anticipate and follow through on guests' service needs
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Immediately report and follow up on any significant maintenance issues and safety hazards
- Perform other duties as needed
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekends a must
- Night shift
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
