Responsibilities include managing inspection staff, coordinating with contractors, reviewing plans and submittals, resolving issues, tracking progress, and ensuring safety and compliance.
The role involves leading meetings, preparing reports, evaluating change orders, and supporting project closeout.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 11+ years of relevant experience with supervisory duties, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include an associate's or bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, certifications, and experience with construction management software.
