Position Title: High Voltage Industrial Electrician

Location: Capitol Heights, MD

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial electrical systems, 30KVA power distribution, and high-voltage operations. This role requires a bilingual (Spanish & English) professional with leadership experience managing up to five Journeyman electricians. The position offers relocation assistance for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-voltage (30KVA) electrical systems in industrial environments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E, and other safety regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish and English-speaking team members.
• Assist in planning and coordinating job site activities, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• High Voltage Certification (Required).
• Industrial electrical experience (Required).
• Experience working with 30KVA electrical systems.
• Leadership experience managing teams of 5+ electricians.
• Ability to relocate to the Washington, D.C. area (Relocation assistance available).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
• Must be able to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces and heights.
