High-Ticket In-Home Sales Consultant | $150K – $300K OTE

Clearwater Shower Bath is hiring experienced sales professionals to serve homeowners throughout Central Florida. 

We specialize in premium shower, bathtub, and wet-area bathroom remodeling. Our Sales Consultants meet with homeowners in their homes, evaluate the existing space, help design a customized remodeling solution, present available options, and close the project during the appointment.

This is a full-time W-2, 100% commission outside sales position with uncapped earning potential.

The Opportunity

This position is designed for experienced sales professionals who are confident running a complete in-home consultation and closing high-value projects.

You will not be responsible for cold calling, canvassing, or generating your own leads. Our in-house call center schedules approximately two to three appointments per day with homeowners who have already requested information about a shower or bathroom remodeling project.

Your responsibility is to understand what the homeowner wants to accomplish, create the right solution, clearly communicate the value of the project, and ask for the sale.

Typical project values range anywhere from $10,000 to $30,000+.

Primary Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home consultations
• Evaluate the customer's existing shower or bathtub space
• Identify the homeowner's goals, concerns, priorities, and timeline
• Design a customized shower or bath remodeling solution
• Present product, design, installation, and financing options
• Explain the value of the proposed project
• Address questions and objections directly
• Close the sale during the appointment
• Complete accurate measurements, contracts, and project documentation
• Maintain consistent communication with management
• Follow the company's established sales process

The Sales Professional We Are Looking For

We are looking for confident, professional closers who know how to lead a consultation, build trust, and ask for the business.

Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, flooring, kitchens, automotive, furniture, or another high-ticket sales environment is strongly preferred.

Bathroom remodeling experience is not required. Proven sales ability, professionalism, and closing performance are more important than direct industry experience.

Schedule Expectations

This is an in-home sales position, and appointments are scheduled around homeowner availability.

Consultants must be available for daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments. Flexibility is required to maintain a full appointment schedule and maximize earning potential.

This is not a traditional office-based Monday-through-Friday position.

• Comfortable using an iPad and digital sales tools
• Personal iPad for company-provided 3D design software
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned Treasure Coast territory
