What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of closing experience in solar (or 2+ in high-ticket sales)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Solid understanding of solar proposals, finance options, and customer objections
Professional, coachable, and motivated by performance
Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport
Ability to work on-site in Hollywood, CA
Your Responsibilities:
Close pre-set residential solar appointments
Walk homeowners through custom solar proposals and financing
Maintain a high close rate and client satisfaction
Collaborate with setters and operations for seamless install flow
Represent HousBuildrs with integrity and confidence
