What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging with potential clients through heartfelt conversations to understand their needs.
• Closing high-ticket sales by building trust and rapport.
• Managing your own sales pipeline efficiently while working remotely.
• Balancing empathy with assertiveness to guide clients towards aligned decisions.
• Collaborating with our team to share feedback and improve the sales process.

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in high-ticket sales, preferably in coaching or service-based industries.
• Strong communication skills with a heart-centered approach.
• Experience working remotely and managing your own sales pipeline.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
• Available in U.S. time zones or able to overlap with them.
