A mathematics teacher at Blue Hills can expect to: Work with a diverse student body from nine surrounding communities to support the students' academic and social-emotional needs Design and implement lessons with UDL strategies that promote students' proficiency in high school mathematics Prepare students for the Mathematics MCAS Assume responsibility for the academic progress of all students Utilize online resources to expand connections to the sciences Work with department members and the Academic Director to ensure alignment to current Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and district initiatives Promote a school-wide culture of respect and responsibility Participate in professional development opportunities to learn new and broaden existing skills The candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and may be assigned other duties by the administration.

COMPENSATION In accordance with the BHEA Contract - $66,019.43 to $119,127.78

QUALIFICATIONS: Massachusetts Educator License in Mathematics, 8-12 Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a highly motivated team
