Create a positive nurturing classroom atmosphere. Assess and monitor student progress. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Education or related field. NC Teaching certification preferred. Previous teaching experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Passion for teaching and commitment to student development. Knowledge and background related to the NC Standard Course of Study (NCSCOS).
