The following coaching position is available beginning the 2026-2027 school year:

High School Girls Volleyball Assistant Coach

Bloomer High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic High School Volleyball Coach to lead, develop, and mentor student-athletes during the upcoming volleyball season. The successful candidate will promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth while teaching fundamental skills of the game. The High School Volleyball Season begins in August.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise practices and games.
  • Teach fundamental volleyball skills, rules, and strategies appropriate for middle school athletes.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging team environment.
  • Promote good sportsmanship, discipline, and respect both on and off the court.
  • Communicate regularly with student-athletes, parents, and the athletic director regarding schedules, expectations, and team needs.
  • Ensure safety by monitoring player health, maintaining proper equipment, and adhering to school policies.
  • Supervise student-athletes, including practices, games, and travel.
  • Model high standards of character, integrity, and leadership.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and a genuine commitment to helping student athletes succeed both on and off the court.
