Cape Cod Regional Technical High School seeks an outstanding educator capable of fostering productive interactions with students, parents, and teachers. The Assistant Principal will be responsible for evaluating several teachers and technical programs and for overseeing, supervising, and supporting a highly successful at-risk program. The successful candidate will be responsible for all student-related issues, including student discipline, attendance, safety and security, crisis management, student assemblies, and faculty support in the classroom and school management. The successful candidate will also have a high work ethic and be willing to go the extra mile for students. Duties include collaborating with a strong administrative team. Cape Cod Tech is a technical high school with approximately 700 students and 15 successful vocational programs. Successful candidates will have a distinguished record in education and hold the necessary licensure in accordance with D.E.S.E. regulations.
