SALARY EXPECTATION: $94,299-120,922
TITLE: High School Small Learning Community Assistant Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Ability to exert strong leadership in the handling of students and student-related issues such as, but not limited to, discipline and attendance
b. Knowledge of sound secondary education programs
c. Thorough knowledge of adolescent counseling, guidance, and psychology, and the ability to translate same into sound practice
d. Ability to make firm decisions in the areas of responsibility
e. Ability to function effectively as a member of the high school administrative team
f. Ability to communicate effectively

High School Principal

The school's administrative cabinet
MAINTAINS LIAISON WITH:
JOB GOAL: To provide small learning community leadership, to help students resolve such nonacademic problems as may interfere with their getting the greatest educational benefit from the school's educational opportunities, and to help students achieve the fullest benefits from the school's non-academic programs, services, and offerings.
