Organization Information The Bourbon County School System is located in Paris, KY, and is composed of three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school, serving 2,970 students, with a staff of 450. State test scores are top 25%. 76% of our teachers have a Master''s Degrees, or above, with an average of over 10 years teaching experience. Our vision, ''''Student Centered Learning-The Road To Success'''', compels us to ensure that each teacher centers learning on student success. Our nationally recognized Preschool Center offers an integrated program for all 4-year olds, and eligible 3 year olds. The high school curriculum includes a wide variety of AP courses, dual credit, part-time college opportunities, Co-Op and Vocational Programs, and a full compliment of extracurricular activities. Our staff is committed to providing all students with academic challenges in an environment that offers the confidence and security necessary to ensure success, social responsibility, and emotional growth and maturity.
