We are seeking a Field Underwriter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for consulting with clients who have requested information regarding mortgage protection. You will act as a primary point of contact, assessing health and financial eligibility to identify the best coverage options for each family's unique needs.
Salary Range: $65.00 - $125.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Consultation: Connect with homeowners (warm leads) to evaluate protection needs and financial goals.
- Underwriting: Facilitate the application process through accurate field underwriting and product selection.
- Management: Maintain a professional, self-managed schedule focused on client service excellence.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions meet industry standards and state regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain a State Life and Health Insurance License (training guidance provided).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated mindset.
- Integrity: Must be comfortable passing a standard background check for state licensing.
