We offer a 36K base with strong commission upside and a path to 100K plus.

Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of calls and client conversations
Quote and present insurance options with confidence
Follow up consistently to close business
Stay engaged with team communication throughout the day
Maintain organized pipeline and CRM updates
Hit activity and production targets consistently
Active Property and Casualty license required
Proven sales experience in insurance
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
Competitive mindset and strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently while staying accountable
Experience with remote communication tools preferred
