Responsibilities
- Engage inbound and outbound leads using a professional, consultative approach
- Gather client and household information to prepare accurate insurance quotes
- Educate customers on coverage options and recommended protection strategies
- Follow our structured sales process to ensure a consistent client experience
- Maintain accurate records of calls, quotes, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Meet monthly sales and activity expectations
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with clients
- Proven track record in sales or a demonstrated high-performance mindset
- Coachable, driven, and comfortable following structured processes
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, quoting tools)
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Blue Springs, MO
