A fast-growing design-build firm is seeking an Assistant Project Manager ready to step into a Project Manager role within 6-12 months. This individual will take full ownership of industrial construction projects from pre-con through closeout, working closely with senior leadership.

Description
Manage a single project at a time from inception through closeout
Support preconstruction, budgeting, and estimating efforts
Collaborate with in-house architects and design teams
Oversee project execution, schedules, and client communication
Ensure quality, cost control, and timely project delivery
Work closely with senior leadership for guidance and development
Profile
1-5 years of experience in construction (APM, PE, or early PM)
Background in commercial ground-up construction required
Industrial or large-scale renovation experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
Strong working knowledge of Procore, Excel, and MS Project
Highly motivated, growth-oriented, and ready for increased ownership
Ability to operate autonomously and "hit the ground running"
Job Offer
Base salary: $85K-110K
Bonus: % of project profit (up to ~50% of base salary)
Guaranteed ~$15K bonus annually for first 2 years
