About this role

We are hiring Remote Financial Sales Consultants. In this role, you will help families find the right financial protection coverage for their needs — working entirely by phone and Zoom from your home.

This is a 1099 commission-only role. There is no base salary. If you are self-motivated, coachable, and willing to work a proven system, the earning potential is real and uncapped. If you need a guaranteed paycheck while you ramp up, this role is not the right fit at this time.

What the day-to-day looks like

  • Contact warm inbound leads — people who have already requested information about financial protection for their families
  • Conduct needs-based consultations by phone or Zoom to identify the right coverage options
  • Present and explain policy options from our network of 60+ carriers
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and track your daily activity
  • Attend weekly virtual training and team meetings
  • Work toward leadership and the ability to build and manage your own team

Compensation

  • $800 to $1,200 commission per closed sale
  • Part-time agents (20 hrs/week) typically earn $50,000 to $80,000 in year one with consistent activity
  • Full-time agents typically earn $80,000 to $120,000 once established; top performers earn significantly more
  • Paid weekly — no waiting on monthly draws or advances
  • Performance-based incentives and bonuses available
  • Long-term override income available through team building

You do not need a background in finance or insurance. The following backgrounds consistently produce strong first-year consultants:

  • Real estate, mortgage, or banking
  • Retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Military veterans and first responders
  • Teaching, coaching, or fitness
  • Any previous commission or performance-based sales role

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident currently living in the United States
  • Fully remote role
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Life and Health Insurance License required before start date — or demonstrated willingness to obtain quickly (exam prep resources provided)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
