The Role: Comfort Consultant
As a Comfort Consultant, you’ll help homeowners find the right heating and cooling solutions for their needs. This isn’t just sales—it’s about building trust, understanding what matters to each customer, and guiding them to the best decision for their home and budget.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity
- Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and genuine care
- Educate customers on system options, pricing, and value
- Present solutions confidently and close sales the right way
- Follow up consistently and keep accurate records
- Execute a proven sales process on every call
Qualifications:
What You Bring
- Strong communication and listening skills
- At least 2 years of in-home sales experience OR 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
