HIGH-ENERGY SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

We are hiring a High-Energy Sales & Marketing Representative for our Anaheim team.

This is an ENTRY-LEVEL FIELD POSITION — NOT an office-only customer service job.

You'll work directly with customers in local communities, participate in outreach activities, introduce customers to available programs and services, and develop real-world experience in sales, marketing, communication, and customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Represent ARK professionally in local communities
• Engage customers through face-to-face outreach
• Explain programs, services, and available opportunities
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with enrollment and account-related activities
• Participate in community outreach and promotional events
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Learn professional sales and marketing techniques
• Receive hands-on coaching and training

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You do NOT need previous sales experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally between outreach locations
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Minimum availability of 3 days per week
• No college degree required
• Entry-level candidates welcome
• Sales experience is a plus, but NOT required

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
