Position Summary: As a cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for our discerning clientele. You will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Service:
    • Greet customers warmly and professionally.
    • Provide knowledgeable assistance in selecting products, offering recommendations based on customer preferences.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Cash Handling:
    • Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
    • Reconcile daily cash and credit card transactions.
    • Adhere to all cash handling procedures and security protocols.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Keep the sales floor and cashier area clean and organized.
    • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a strong understanding of our product line, including spirits, wines, and beers.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.
Qualifications:
