BrightStar Care is hiring a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a bedbound client in Lancaster, Ohio. If you have experience with personal care, ADLs, and home health support, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.
Job Responsibilities
Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care
Perform bed baths and personal care for a bedbound client
Assist with repositioning, mobility support, and comfort care
Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow care plans and complete required documentation
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of caregiving, home care, or home health experience
Experience caring for bedbound clients preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Must pass background check and drug screening
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Ability to work independently in a client’s home
