Redfield Community Memorial Hospital and Clinic is seeking a qualified individual to join our team!

Position Highlights

Job Summary: Customer Service provides customer service, general office secretarial duties including reception, taking referrals, managing documents, developing reports, filing, general billing duties, and office communication.

Essential Functions

  • Greets customers/families and patients.
  • Completes sales orders
  • Handles telephone calls, distributes and documents the information appropriately.
  • Receives incoming orders for equipment and documents accordingly as well as contacting appropriate field personnel.
  • Tracks all outgoing and incoming documents and receives them into MHC.
  • Compiles, maintains and monitors data as assigned. 
  • Achieves and maintains a thorough knowledge base of the multiple working systems in Home Health.  Systems include but not limited to Epic Homecare, Epic, Brightree, Airview, USleep and Therap.
  • Communicates with referral sources.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all services available to patients and families.
  • Maintains office in an organized manner.  Organizes files and supplies.  Monitors supplies and need for future orders.
  • Direct Care in patient homes
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Nursing Assistant experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  • Experience in Durable Medical Equipment preferred.
