Opening for a full/part time weed spraying technician. We are seeking an outside field applicator to apply herbicides to industrial sites, rangelands, and pastures. Using equipment such as off-road ATV's, UTV's, trucks, Unimog, etc. Boom, hose, and handgun spraying.
We are locally owned and operated, with a family-like atmosphere. We are looking for a self-motivated, forward thinking individual to join our team.
Requirements:
MUST be DEPENDABLE and PUNCTUAL!!
Experience is not necessary, on the job training is provided
Willing to learn about the weed control industry
Get to work on time and have reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
NO DUI’s, reckless operations or similar violations within the last five years.
Positive attitude and a hard worker
Friendly and committed to provide great customer service
Organized, dedicated, and detail-oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills with co-workers, management, and most importantly, with our customers
Be able to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to walk one to three miles per day
Seasonal workers are welcome
