  • Shift: Night (18:00-07:00, 2 FTE) & Day (07:00-18:00, 1 FTE; may extend to 07:00-19:00 in fall)
  • Hours/Week: Full-time schedule, varies monthly
  • Employment Type: Contract/Temporary
  • License/Certs: Missouri license required, BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
  • Experience: 1.5–2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience

Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $117.00/hour
  • Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

What You’ll Do
  • Provide inpatient care for adult patients with hematology and cellular therapies
  • Support bone marrow biopsies, stem cell infusions/transfusions, and discharge planning
  • Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications such as GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
  • Conduct daily patient rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need
  • Certification: Board Certified Physician Assistant in Hematology/Oncology
  • Licensure: Missouri Physician Assistant license
  • Experience: 1.5–2 years in inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant setting
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, ability to manage transplant complications
  • Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred
  • Preferred: Prior experience with Epic EMR, pediatric experience is a plus
