About the Clinician‘s WorkdayThe hematologist/oncologist will provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care managing 9-12 patients per day with 2 new patients daily in clinic and inpatient rounding. Clinical responsibilities include day shift coverage with 1:3 call rotation working alongside 3 other hematology/oncology physicians. The clinician must maintain documentation through Epic EMR system for all patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Medical Oncology and active New York licensure are required for this assignment.
